1. How do I make order at Online Shop?

1. Select the product, and then click “Add to Cart” button.

Click "GO TO CHECKOUT" after Add to Cart.

2. Next, you will come to the Shopping Cart page, and have checked your shopping cart, if you would like to change the quantity here, make sure you click “Update Shopping Cart” after you change quantity

3. Key in your email address and detail to continue the order

4. If you are existing member, kindly key in your email address and password to continue

5. After key in all the information, kindly select the delivery option (Pos Laju or Gdex)

6. Review your detail and select the payment option (Ipay88 or banking). You may also key in the discount coupon if you have any

7A. Choose Ipay88 to pay using credit card or the shown banking option

7B. Choose Bank Transfer -- Please send me the receipt after bank in (Please refer to FAQ : How to make payment)

8. Click "Place order" for choosing Bank Transfer option

9. You have submit your order successfully. The "circle" part is your order number. Also you may continue shopping or click on "Create An Account" to earn reward in the future. Please check your email for any update.

2. Fill in the Payment Transaction Slip details at hansaegee.com/shop/payment-transaction-slip in order to complete your transaction. You will need to fill the necessary details and attach the Bank Transaction Slip from the ATM/CDM Machine, Bank or Internet Banking Slip (the screen page) after payment.

*Kindly pay exact amount as invoice.
*Any excess / extra amount will be refunded as voucher (Coupon Code) for next purchase. The Coupon Code will be emailed to customer within 7 working days.

All successful transactions will receive a confirmation email (Invoice). If you have not received confirmation (Invoice) via email, please contact us to confirm the payment of your order.

1. How do I use a Hansaegee Nature voucher (Coupon Code)?

During Checkout process, just fill in the Voucher (Coupon Code) in the “Discount Codes” section, and click apply before you click “Proceed to Checkout” when doing purchase. Note that only one voucher can be used at a time:

2. How long will delivery take?

Shipping and Delivery (By GDex Express Or Pos Laju)

a. Goods will only be delivered once payment is received. It will take 3-5 working days from the date of receipt of payment.
b. In the event of shipment delay, we will inform you by email with new delivery date. There is no shipment on Saturday and Sunday.

 

3. My goods haven’t arrived yet. What can I do?

Please allow at least 5-7 working days for your order to arrive depending on the given estimated delivery time on your product.

In case you have not receive your goods after 5 working days, kindly check at GDex Express: http://www.gdexpress.com/malaysia/e-tracking or Pos Laju: http://www.poslaju.com.my/track-trace-v2/ the given Tracking Number stated in your Shipment Letter.

4. Can my parcel be delivered to an office address?
Yes, of course! Your parcel can be delivered to an office address, as long as you enter the full address and your name.

 

5. Do you ship international?
Sorry, we are only doing shipping within Malaysia, not to overseas.

1. How can I track my order?

Once your orders have been picked up by our logistic partners (GDex Express or Pos Laju), Tracking Number would be available and our system will auto email a Shipment Letter together with Tracking Number to you. You can then track the delivery status of your orders via the links below:

3. Why my parcel record shows “Invalid” or “Record not Found” when i track my delivery status? Are you giving me the wrong Tracking Number? Or did you ship my parcel?

No worry, if you get the Tracking Number from us and track the delivery status at the same day, you might not able to get the result at the same day, since our logistic partner need time to update their system, and the record normally will come out on the next day. Therefore, kindly check it again on the next day.

What is Hansaegee Nature’s return Policy?

  1. Products can be replaced if there is a manufacturing fault within 14 days once the product shipped. (Shipping cost will be paid by our company.
  2. We do not accept returns for products which are not broken or delivered incorrectly.
  3. Kindly pay exact amount as invoice, any excess / extra amount will be refund as voucher (Coupon Code) for next purchase. The Coupon Code will be emailed to customer within 7 working days.
